Her warm smile and engaging personality, Tracey has become a trusted caregiver consultant for individuals, families, and professional caregivers alike. Drawing from her personal and professional experience, she connects with caregivers, providing them with a voice to share their challenges openly. Tracey has built a supportive platform for caregivers to share their stories and prioritize self-care. Her workshops are both entertaining and educational, infused with her own caregiving experiences. Originally from Portsmouth, VA, Tracey holds degrees from Elizabeth City State University and North Carolina A&T.
